Have you found the same shoes cheaper elsewhere? We’ll refund the difference.

If a customer finds an identical pair of shoes on sale at any UK high street or online retailers at a cheaper price, Deichmann will price match that style to the customer.

If after purchase, the customer finds an identical pair of shoes on sale in any other UK high street or online retailer within 14 days at a cheaper price, we will refund the difference to the customer upon reviewing the receipt and proof of the competitor’s price and product.

Comparison styles must be identical to our product, i.e. brand, model, colour, gender, size. The identical pair of shoes must be in stock at the competitor.

Price matches and refunds are processed by Deichmann colleagues in-store or by the Deichmann Customer Services team. The Customer Services team can be contacted by emailing [email protected].

Online resellers or marketplaces such as eBay, Vinted, Depop, Etsy, Amazon resellers or Offerup are excluded and do not qualify.
