My Account 

How do I register? 

You can register either during the checkout process or in the menu "My Account" in the top right corner of our website. 

How do I log in? 

You have the option to log in in the top right corner of our website under "My Account". If you do not log in this way, you will be automatically prompted to log in after you have placed the products in your basket.

How do I log out? 

You can log out at any time in the top right corner of the website under "My Account". 

How do I reset my password? 

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" button. In the window that opens, enter the email address you registered with. You will then receive a new password by e-mail. You can change this password at any time in the settings by clicking on the "My account" link. For some e-mail addresses, it may take longer for the e-mail with the new password to arrive. Please also check your spam / junk folder.

What happens to my personal data? 

We take the protection of your privacy very seriously. We treat all the data we collect from you in accordance with the legal provisions on data protection. This means that we treat your data as strictly confidential and do not disclose it to third parties. If you would like detailed information about this, please refer to the section "Privacy Policy". 

Can I change my details? 

You can view and change your details at any time in your customer account. 

How do I delete my account? 

Deleting your account is only possible via our customer service team. To make a request, please email [email protected] 

How do I sign up for the DEICHMANN newsletter? 

To sign up to our newsletter, click on "Sign up now" in the newsletter section at the bottom of the page and enter your email address and full name. If you already have an account, you can sign up for the newsletter in the "My interests" section using your email address. Please also note that if you change your email address in the "My details" section, you will also need to re-enter this email address when registering for the newsletter. 

For your security, you will then receive an email with a confirmation link. Only after you click on this link can we consider you to be a subscriber to our newsletter.

How do I unsubscribe from the DEICHMANN newsletter? 

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. You can also choose to pause receiving emails for a specific period of time.  

  1. Click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any DEICHMANN newsletter you receive.  

  2. OR log in to your DEICHMANN account and deactivate the service under "My interests". 

How do I change my user data? 

You can correct or change your data in your customer account. 

Billing and delivery addresses: in the "My Account" section under "My Addresses" you can add additional delivery addresses in addition to your main delivery and billing address. 

Email address: you can easily change your email address in the "My account" section, under "My details" in the "Change email address" field. 

Password: To change your password, select "My Details" in the "My Account" section. You have the option to change your password and save the change in the "Change Password" field.

Newsletter: in "My Account" under "My Interests" you can define or change your preferred interests. 

My wish list : If you add an item to your wish list, you can mark it for future purchase. If you wish to purchase an item from your wish list (and it is available to buy), you can add it directly from your wish list to your shopping cart. Once ordered, the item will be automatically removed from your wish list.  To remove an item from your wish list, simply click on the X (in the picture above left) next to the item you want to remove.
