How can I return a purchase?
The easiest way to return an item is to visit one of our 130+ stores. Alternatively, if you'd like to return via Evri, please click here
With Evri you have three ways to send your item back:
Courier collection
Drop off to an Evri locker
Drop off to an Evri ParcelShop
What should I do when sending a return?
Please take note of the following:
Each returned item must have its correct individual Return Form with it.
Please return the item(s) within 366 days.
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery to us, internal processing, and then transfer of funds to original payment.

How do I know that the returned products have been received at DEICHMANN's warehouse?
The receipt of the returned products is confirmed by an automatically generated system email.
Is it possible to exchange the size or colour of the originally ordered product when returning them via post?
It is not possible to exchange the size or colour of the products in the DEICHMANN warehouse. If you wish to exchange, you must return the original products and create a new order on our website.
