Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. Exceptions are promotions linked to a discount code, where a certain minimum order value is a condition for the discount to be applied.
Is there a maximum order value?
The maximum order value is set at £400. If an order exceeds this limit, it must be split into several orders.
How do I place an order?
1. Add products to your basket
First, find the products you’re looking for, select the size and add it to your basket.
2. Go to checkout
If you don't want to add any more items to your basket, you can proceed to checkout. Just click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart.
3. Register/Log in
If you have not done so already, the website will ask you to log in or register. If you are already a registered customer, enter your email address and password in this step If you are new customer, please create an account. The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, without completing them it is not possible to complete the registration.
4. Select the delivery method
Our contractual partner is Evri, who deliver parcels throughout the UK. Delivery abroad is not possible!
5. Select payment method
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). You can also choose PayPal or Klarna as a payment method.
6. Check your order
“Order overview” allows you to check the data you have entered once again. If you would like to make changes, simply click on the “Change” link. In order to make it as easy as possible for customers who have already ordered from the online shop to order in the future, the website saves the settings in your profile and uses them automatically for your next purchase. However, you can view, change or delete your data at any time by clicking on the “My Account” link.
7. Submit your order
Before submitting your order, you must confirm that you have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. After clicking on the “Submit order and pay” button, your order will be placed. You will then receive an email confirming your order.
How do I know that my order has been successfully created?
Once your order has been created, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order to the email address you have provided during checkout. In addition, you can check the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. Can the price of the ordered products be changed after the order has been placed?
After you have placed your order, the price you paid for the order will be valid. Any subsequent price changes do not affect your order.
